Internet Banking - Pay with POLi
POLI is a web-based payment service that allows you to pay Tom Waterhouse directly from your bank account via your internet banking facility. Payment is instantly debited from your bank and immediately transferred into your Tom Waterhouse betting account. A credit card is not required.
- Tom Waterhouse charges no fees for depositing via POLI.
- Minimum deposit amount $10.
- To deposit via POLI please log in and go to the banking section and select POLI deposit from the banking menu.
- Select your bank from the list provided and enter the amount you wish to deposit.
- You will be transferred to your banks internet banking facility where you will be prompted to log-in and confirm the transfer. Once confirmed your funds will be instantly deposited into your Tom Waterhouse account.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT POLi DEPOSITS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANZ BANK ACCOUNTS

BPay Deposits
BPAY is a quick and easy to use way to make a deposit into your Tom Waterhouse account, using either the Internet or telephone banking! It's safe and secure and does not require a credit card.
- Tom Waterhouse charges no fees for BPay deposits.
- Contact your bank or financial institution to make a payment, ensure you correctly enter the Tom Waterhouse biller code and your unique Tom Waterhouse customer reference number (REF). Log in to find these details in the BPay banking section.
- To notify Tom Waterhouse that a BPay deposit has been made log into your account and complete the required detail. You will receive an email from the Tom Waterhouse Client services team once your deposit has been credited to your Tom Waterhouse account.
- Minimum deposit is $10, maximum is $10,000
- BPAY deposits are not available for use immediately. Please check with your bank for clearance times.

Paying by Bank Deposit
Secure and easy to use, bank transfer makes it simple to deposit funds into your Tom Waterhouse account. By following the instructions bellow it’s easy to make a deposit and get punting!
- Tom Waterhouse charges no fees for bank transfer deposits.
- You can fund your account by transferring funds directly from your personal bank account held with any Australian bank to your Tom Waterhouse account. To access Tom Waterhouse’s bank details please log in to your Tom Waterhouse account.
- Please ensure when you instruct your bank to carry out a bank transfer that you correctly enter all the Tom Waterhouse bank details including your reference number.
- To notify Tom Waterhouse that a bank transfer has been made log into your account and complete the required detail. You will receive an email from the Tom Waterhouse Client services team once your deposit has been credited to your Tom Waterhouse account.
- Minimum deposit is $10.
- Bank transfer deposits are not available for use immediately. Please check with your bank for clearance times.
Paying by Moneybookers
Moneybookers
Moneybookers provides a fast, simple and secure way of transferring money into your Tom Waterhouse account. To use Moneybookers, all you need is a valid e-mail address. Making a Withdrawal
Your winnings will be automatically applied to your Tom Waterhouse account and remain there until your request payment. You can request a withdrawal at any time by logging in and going to the withdrawals section within Banking.
Once your online withdrawal request has been submitted the amount requested will be deducted from your Tom Waterhouse account balance immediately while it is processed.
Tom Waterhouse has a commitment to process your withdrawal requests within 48 hours, however this may vary depending on when the withdrawal request is made. Withdrawals are approved at 9:30am AEDT on each standard business day. Withdrawals requested prior to this time are paid to your account the following standard business day.
Your identity must be verified prior to you making a withdrawal from your Tom Waterhouse account.
Credit Card Withdrawal
Where you have made a deposit using your credit card, withdrawals will be paid back onto the same credit card until your withdrawals are greater than the sum of your credit card deposits. Please log in to your Tom Waterhouse account to make a withdrawal.
Bank Withdrawal
Tom Waterhouse can pay direct to any Australian bank account. Please log in to your Tom Waterhouse account to make a withdrawal.
