- TW is entitled to make a recording of each telephone discussion referred to in
Clause 6i
- TW ensures every effort is undertaken to provide accurate and timely information, however due to information being provided by
third parties TW accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the information found on this website.
- Terms under which wagers are accepted
- A Client must be 18 years of age or older.
- Wagers will be accepted up to the
advertised start time of the event or such earlier time as dictated by TW specified on the website at the event page. If a wager is inadvertently accepted in
respect of an event after it starts, at the discretion of TW the wager may be deemed to have been made invalidly and will be refunded to the Client.
- A
Client should check its Client Account Balance each time it logs on to its Client Betting Account or at the time it places a wager via the telephone. In the event
a Client account balance is queried or disputed, it is the Client's responsibility to notify TW at the earliest opportunity and provide the Client's own record of
transactions since the Client Account Balance was last verified. If no formal dispute is lodged by a Client with TW for a period of 14 days, it is assumed that the
Client has accepted that his balance is correct and in order.
- When making a wager via telephone it is the Client's responsibility to quote the correct
user-name and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- When making a wager via the Internet, it is accepted when the Client submits the wager and a
confirmation and betting reference number is issued through the TW website.
- TW shall not accept any wager by telephone made in relation to thoroughbred,
harness and greyhound races or approved sporting events where the wager is less than $10.
- TW shall accept all thoroughbred horse racing bets placed at fixed odds to win at least $1000 and any fixed odds bets on harness or greyhound racing to win at least $500
- The minimum wager via the Internet is AUD$0.50
- TW shall make a recording of each telephone discussion with a Client when a
Client is placing a wager, or lodging a dispute or a query on its account. The Client acknowledges this and agrees to such recordings being made and, where a
dispute occurs which cannot be resolved by TW, the Client agrees that the relevant recording(s) and/or any records of a Client's transactions via the Internet may
be made available to the regulatory authority to enable the dispute to be determined in accordance with these Rules.
- A Client is unable to cancel or
change a wager once the wager has been placed and the acceptance confirmed unless TW specifically states otherwise.
- All wager prices/lines may be subject
to variation.
- Unless agreed otherwise, the maximum amount that may be paid out on any wager win (both singles and multiples) is $5,000 subject to specific
bet type limits. In addition, all sports multiple wagers are subject to a maximum win of 1,000 times the Client's wager and all racing multiple wagers are subject
to a maximum win of 10,000 times the Client's wager.
- TW provides a voluntary self exclusion program within the My Account section, enabling
clients to set self imposed restrictions on their accounts. A client wishing to restrict maximum bet limits on their accounts can contact Tom via the Contact Us
section and restrictions can be applied to individual accounts.
- Dispute Resolution
- If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between TW and the Client, the Client can refer the dispute to an
authorised representative of the NT Racing Commission at gamblingdisputes@nt.gov.au for their final determination.
- Settlement Terms
- Winnings will be credited to a Client's Betting Account following confirmation of the official result; once Tom
Waterhouse has paid out he will not recognize the overturning of an events decision. Should funds be credited to a Client's Betting Account in error, it is the
Client's responsibility to notify TW of the error without delay and the Client shall return to TW any funds credited in error.
- Client Betting
Accounts:
- Each Client will be issued a Client Betting Account before wagers are accepted.
- With the approval
of TW a Client's Betting Account will be granted a Maximum Debit Limit.
- A Maximum Debit Limit is the maximum permissible debit
balance.
- TW and the Client are required to settle the "Client Account Balance".
- Subject to paragraph ii) above a "Client Account
Balance" is a debit balance, credit balance or Nil.
- The Client Account Balance is the difference between the unsettled wagers made by
the Client and the sum of any Client Deposits and unsettled winnings payable by TW for all settlement periods. If the unsettled wagers exceed the sum of Client
deposits and unsettled winnings, then there is a debit balance. If the sum of Client Deposits and unsettled winnings exceed the unsettled wagers, then there is a
credit balance.
- In relation to Clients that have been granted a maximum debit limit the settlement period shall, unless otherwise agreed,
be weekly and shall end at midnight on Sunday of any week with respect to wagers made by the Client and accepted by TW during the preceding seven (7) day period.
- In relation to Client Betting Accounts without a Maximum Debit Limit, the Client may request any credit balance be paid to it.
- Settlement means the full payment of a Client Account Balance for a settlement period and if there are unsettled Client Account Balances for
prior settlement periods then those prior settlement periods must be settled as well.
- In relation to Client Betting Accounts that have been
granted a Maximum Debit Limit the Client Account Balance is payable by the Client in the case of a debit balance or, by TW in the case of a credit balance, and is
payable immediately upon notification to the Client by TW of a Client Account Balance.
- Where a Client has been granted a Maximum Debit Limit in accordance
with paragraph D, the Client may be refused wagers by TW if his Client Account Balance at any time exceeds their Maximum Debit Limit or if the effect of that wager
would cause the Maximum Debit Limit to be exceeded. If TW, in its discretion, allows a Client to make a wager even though the Maximum Debit Limit may be exceeded,
the Client shall settle its resultant Client Account Balance when next notified by TW.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is the Client's
responsibility to monitor the balance of his Client Betting Account and if, for whatever reason, the Client Betting Account Balance exceeds its Maximum Debit Limit
it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all amounts of the Debit Balance are settled in accordance with these Rules.
- Where a Client has
not been granted a Maximum Debit Limit the Client may be refused wagers by TW if his Client Account Balance at any time is in debit or if the effect of any wager
would cause the Client Betting Account going into debit.

- Baseball
- Games are official after 5 innings of play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after 4.5 innings of play. If a
game goes past 5 innings (including any extra innings) and is subsequently called off, suspended or postponed, the winner is determined by the score after the last
full inning of play (except in the case when the home team score to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which the game is called off - the
runs do count).
- For line (Run Line) betting, the game is official after 9 innings if the visitor team is winning and after 8.5 innings if home
team winning.
- First 5 innings result: Nominated pitchers must start. Teams must complete 5 innings unless home team ahead after 4.5 innings.

- Basketball
- Payouts will be based on the official final score, extra time (an extension of normal time) included,
unless otherwise specified.
- Games are official after 43 minutes of play (NBA and NBL), 35 minutes of play (NCAA) and at the end of normal
time (all other competitions).
- In handicap and totals betting, where the line or total is a flat number, if the score lands on the line or total all bets

bets will be paid half face value of the ticket, unless the draw option is available. Bets will be settled on the official result announced in the ring. Subsequent
appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result)
- If odds are offered for the
draw, in the event of a draw, all wagers on either boxer to win will be unsuccessful wagers. If there is a 'technical draw' determined by the referee (due to an
accidental cut), then the bout is deemed a 'no contest' and all wagers will be refunded.
- In Round-by-Round betting, if a boxer fails to
answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round.
- For all bets on a boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of
rounds must take place for the bets to be deemed successful.
- If the scheduled number of rounds is changed all 'Pick the Round' bets are void
and wagers will be refunded.
g.1. UFC/MMA - Round Betting: If a fighter withdraws in the period between rounds the fight is deemed to have ended in the previous round for the
purpose of "Round Betting" settlement. Should the scheduled number of rounds be changed before the fight all "Round Betting" bets will be made void. - In
Total Round betting, a half or 0.5 of a round does not equal 1 minute and 30 seconds of a 3 minute round. For example, if the wager placed is at 'Under 9.5
Rounds', and the bout was stopped at 2 minutes into the 9th round, the wager placed on 'Under 9.5 Rounds' would be successful. If the wager placed was 'Over 9.5
Rounds', both competitors would have to answer the bell at the start of the 10th round for that wager to be successful.

of the coin WILL NOT be used to determine the result of a match but in the case where the winner of an outright series, a tournament or where a team lifts a trophy
as a result of this we will settle all future markets as the official competition winners. Any wickets, runs, catches, method of dismissal accumulated in a
Bowl-off, Bowl-out or Super-over WILL NOT be added to a player's final tally for betting purposes. If a Bowl-off, Bowl-out, Super-over or Toss of the coin is used
at any time to determine the winner of the contest we will offer a price for the winner of that game as a separate market.
- Test Cricket (including other non-limited overs)
- In the event of a tie (i.e. where both teams are bowled out twice and have the same
score), all wagers to win on either team will be paid at half face value (i.e. half the win plus half the wager amount). Wagers on the draw will be deemed
unsuccessful. This rule may vary for some domestic competitions. If this rule is varied, Members will be informed via a notation listed under the event.

- In the case of Outright Tournament winner, bets will be refunded if a player withdraws prior to the start of an event. In this
instance we reserve the right to apply a reduction to winning bets as per "Final Field Betting" which is found in Horse Racing rules. If however, a player
withdraws during the tournament, All In betting rules apply.
- If a match is awarded to a player due to the retirement or
disqualification of an opponent all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. In the
case of Outright Tournament winner, All In betting applies.
- In the event of a change of venue or from outside to indoor court and vice versa, all bets will
stand, if there is a change of surface (from hard/carpet/clay/grass to a different type of surface) all bets will be void.
c.1. In Doubles Tennis matches, wagers will only be accepted on the original listed players. If there is a player substituted all wagers
will be void and refunded. All affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that leg. - If a match is postponed and rescheduled,
all bets stand. If the match is not played or all sets have not been completed, all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be
recalculated excluding that event or leg.
d.1. For sets betting, if the match doesn't start, or is unfinished due to either player's incapacity or disqualification,
then all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. However, in the case of First Set
exact score betting, only the first set needs to be completed for wagers to stand.Sets Total: A ball must be served in final set for bets to stand. d.2 Set Betting - Bets are void if the statutory number of sets is
not completed, or changed d.3 First, Second & Third Set Winner - in the event of the first set not being completed bets will be void. This also
applies to the second and third set if they are not completed. d.4 First, Second & Third Set Correct Score - All bets will be void in circumstances
where a set is not complete. - Markets based on total games/handicap games - These general rules apply to Games in individual sets, Games in match, Player
Games, and Handicap Betting.
For the purposes of all such markets a tie-break or Champions' Tie-Break is counted as one game.
In the event of retirement, disqualification or change of surface mid-match, bets will be void unless there is no conceivable way the set
and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of that market.
e.g. (1) A set is abandoned at 3-3: bets on Over/Under 8.5 games or fewer in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any
natural conclusion to the set would have at least 9 games.
e.g. (2) A best-of-3 sets match is abandoned at 6-3 2-6: bets on Over/Under 22.5 games or fewer in match will be settled as winners/losers
respectively, since any natural conclusion to the match would have at least 23 games.
e.g. (3) A best-of-3 sets match is abandoned at 7-5 5-7 5-5: bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as
winners, bets on either player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers.
The Handicap, Total Games In Match and Player Games markets are based on a statutory number of sets (see related set betting). In the event
of the statutory number of sets being changed or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void.
At the end of the match all of the games each individual player wins are totalled and the handicap applied to determine the handicap
winner.
e.1. For Tournament Head to Head wagers, the player that advances the furthest in the singles competition of the tournament is deemed
the winner. Both players must commence play in the tournament for wagers to stand. If there is a Draw betting option, the Draw is deemed successful if both players
are eliminated in the same round. If there is no Draw option, the Dead Heat Rule applies.
