Race 2 – 6TYO Youngbloods Challenge Heat Five – The first of the two feature events and will see a total of $10,000 in prize money paid out. Mcadem broke through for his maiden win after 11 starts in his last run and will be looking to build on that record and continue the form here. The field is quite mixed, so he will be up there. Pagliacci is the only other trotter in this who has also tasted success, albeit just the once and also in his last start, his 31st race. Only A Myth has picked up 5 feature finishes from ten starts but is yet to have a win. He will fancy himself here.
Race 4 – 6TYO Youngbloods Challenge Heat Six – The second of the $10,000 feature races. Several strong performers here with plenty of experience. Little Bit Of Big had a last start win, the seventh of his 19 race career and looks to be bouncing back after a pair of poor results prior. Kvitova Leis has been poor in her last 4 starts but is capable of much better. Deserves respect here. Saywhat had gone 22 races without a win, but his last four starts has seen him step up, picking up back to back wins followed by a pair of second places in his last two starts. He’s looking good and will be in the mix. Sparkling has made a strong return after a spell, running second first up, then fourth before getting a last start third up victory. She still looks in good nick and has genuine claims in this.
